to ensure that they are not used fraudulently, we require customers to use their
Credit Card when the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the Gift Certificate.

support representative. Any unused portion of your Gift Certificate will be stored
against your certificate number and can be used for later purchases.
- Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
- All Gift Certificates will be emailed to the recipient's email with a copy also
sent to the buyer of the certificate.
- If products are returned that have been purchased utilizing a gift certificate
then customer will be offered an exchange for an alternative product provided the
product is returned in its original condition and within the period as stated in
our Return Policy.
- Each Gift Certificate will have an expiry date and all Gift Certificates must
be used before this time. This expiry date is displayed on the Gift Certificate.
